Medical Director Victor Tsan, M.D., is an affiliate of the Royal Institute of Hypno- and Psycho-therapy, in London, England. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Homeopathic Physicians, the most prestige school of classical homeopathy in the world, headed by Dr. K. G. Saxena. Tsan also won the Philly Hot List Award for Best Medical Spa in 2014.
Tsan graduated from The Graduate School of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, located in Beijing, China, in 2008, where he further developed his knowledge of acupuncture and other holistic practices. In 2011, Tsan received more education at The Mindcare Organization, LTD, in Huddersfield, England, where he further improved his skills in clinical hypnosis and psychotherapy.
Tsan also completed and excelled in the course of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Neurotherapy & Hypnotic Pain Control at the American School of Hypnosis, In Biddeford, Maine.
Tsan is an international master of reiki treatment, taught by the world-famous reiki masters at the Spirit of Chi School, led by Sastra Vardhana, in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Philadelphia Holistic Clinic accommodates four major departments: Philadelphia Acupuncture Clinic; Philadelphia Homeopathic Clinic; Philadelphia Hypnotherapy Clinic; and Philadelphia Addiction Center.
Eric Goldburd, LAc, earned a master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the world-famous Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, in New York City.
Olga Selcova, LAc, holds master’s degrees in internal medicine (neurology) and acupuncture, and is certified in acupressure by NCCAOM.
Yelena Itskova is a reiki master with 10 years of clinical experience in major hospitals of the tri-state area.
At the Philadelphia Holistic Clinics, the first visit always free to ask questions During this visit, clients will be informed in advance about the treatment plan and price. Customized individual treatments are offered, not group sessions. There are no contracts to sign or pressure to enroll in long-term programs and no disclaimers or fine print. They do not charge for CDs that are recommended for listening at home. If audio records are beneficial between sessions patients receive them as a part of the healing process.
The certified professionals display their licenses and certifications in the office, where potential clients may see them before the initial free consultation. These are are medical doctors, not just hobbyists or mere practitioners of holistic medicine.
Immediately after the completion of the first visit, if the patient does not feel excited, they can cancel the treatment and not pay for it. They never ask for payment in advance, even if treatment was administered, no questions asked.
