A European Flair Energizes Design at BoConcept

BoConcept is the brand name of Denmark's most global retail furniture chain, founded in 1952, with 265 stores in 60 countries. Terrace Daniels, the owner of the BoConcept Philadelphia franchise, was an integral component of BoConcept’s U.S. operations for more than 10 years.
He states, “We offer a vast collection of design furniture and accessories that can be customized to compliment any interior. Our interior design services are available for both residential and commercial clients. Our goal is to assist our clients in designing a space that is aesthetically beautiful, functional and conducive to their lifestyles.” They maintain a team of design professionals to help every client create their dream space.
“Passion and persistence are what move the people behind the BoConcept brand, whether they are designing a wall unit, leading a team or managing a store,” says Daniels. “Our common mission is to make modern design furniture available to the urban-minded customer. We offer customized, coordinated and affordable design furniture and accessories. Customized, because our products can be fitted to the needs and dreams of our customers. Coordinated, because we take a holistic approach in the development and design of our product range. Design, because we are a design company with our own designers. Affordable, because we want to spoil our customers by giving them great value.”
The furniture is modular so it can be customized to suite many interiors with multiple solutions that work well for any size, space or budget. Since opening in 2006, BoConcept has experienced steady growth. Daniels acquired the franchise in 2016, and business has thrived under his leadership and solidified BoConcept as a pillar in the community.
“We are always striving to bring awareness to our brand, so we constantly look for innovative methods to reach new customers,” says Daniels. “Our global designers and product development team works year-round to ensure that we remain on trend within our industry. We always look for new ways to improve our products and services to give our clients a wow experience in our store.”
Staffing is key, he explains. “Our interior designers are not only knowledgeable about our collection, but are also in the know of what is trending in the world of interior design and fashion. Most importantly, we love design and enjoy meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. We are in tune with our community and open our doors to host many events, from book signings and art shows to networking and charitable causes.”
BoConcept will be launching their 2019 collection in September.
