Holistic Health Suite & Café will host an aromatherapy workshop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., September 15, to introduce participants to the basics of aromatherapy and using essential oils safely and effectively.  

 Guest speaker Althea El, a consultant with Lavendarlite Essential Oils, says, “This workshop will serve to broaden the generic use of the word aromatherapy as a vibrational medicine that has healing therapeutic practical and ‘wholistic’ value beyond smell.”
